2. Subscription and Payment

2.2 Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per the plan you select.
2.3 Billing Information: You must provide accurate and complete billing information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
3. License and Use
3.1 License Grant: Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software plugins for Revit, subject to these Terms.
3.2 License Key: After subscribing, you will receive a license key to activate the software. The license key is unique to your subscription and must not be shared or distributed.
3.3 Restrictions: You must not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
Use our software in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Account and Security
4.1 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Cancellation by You: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on our website. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
5.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use our software will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of our software in your possession.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
