At RV Boost, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for our services.

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests for Subscriptions

1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings in the customer portal on our website at https://rv-boost.com/manage-subscriptions/.

If a customer cancels their subscription via the customer portal, the subscription and associated license keys will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be provided for the fee paid for that period.

1.2 Requesting a Refund:

If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription and receive a partial refund, they must contact our customer support team directly. The subscription will become inactive and associated license keys will stop working immediately once the partial refund has been issued.

2. Refund Calculation for Subscriptions

2.1 Partial Refund:

For customers who request a refund directly with our customer support team, we will calculate a pro-rated refund based on the remaining days in the current billing period.

The refund amount will be determined by dividing the subscription fee by the total number of days in the billing period and then multiplying by the number of remaining days from the date of the refund request.

2.2 No Refund:

No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made through the customer portal without a direct refund request to our customer support team.

Refunds will not be granted for previous billing periods or for any fees already incurred before the cancellation request.

3. Refund Policy for Online Courses and Revit Families

3.1 Online Courses:

Customers may request a refund for online courses within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be granted.

3.2 Downloadable 3D Revit Families:

Customers may request a refund for downloadable 3D Revit families within 14 days of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded. If the files have been downloaded, no refund will be granted.

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4.2 Confirmation:

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their refund request has been processed.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
