Find CAD types & instances

With CAD Files Explorer, you can effortlessly see all CAD files in your Revit project or family. DWG, DXF, DGN, SKP or SAT? Nothing can hide from you anymore!

The CAD Instances tab lists all CAD objects existing in your model:

You can sort the list by any column to better review the information:

To see any CAD object, select it and click Show:

You can also delete CAD objects directly from the report like this:

Different CAD objects can share the same type. To see type information, try the next tab:

Deleting a type will remove all its instances from the model:
